Khorasan organic wholemeal flour is T150, saffron yellow in color, rich in fiber and an ancestral flour that has been cultivated for millennia. Triticum turanicum is one of the “ancient wheats” and is classified as a durum wheat. Khorasan organic wholemeal flour has a unique, slightly rustic flavor, giving it an authentic character and making it a healthy, delicious bread.
