Our quality commitment
In our ongoing quest for excellence, the Minoterie de Colagne’s in-house laboratory carries out quality checks at key points in the production process. In-depth tests are carried out on raw materials, the various stages of milling, right through to the finished products.
Analysis and food safety
In order to guarantee the quality and food safety of our products to our customers, we have implemented a HACCP approach. This approach enables us to identify, assess and control potential food safety hazards throughout the production chain.
We also carry out sanitary analyses to check compliance with standards and ensure the quality of our products (alveogram and bread-making tests). In addition, analyses are carried out in our laboratory each time wheat is received and flour is produced. The criteria for analysing raw materials include moisture, protein content, impurity levels, hagberg and other quality indicators. We also monitor aspects such as odour, taste, presence of insects on delivery, and specific weight (SW).
Consistent quality flours
When it comes to our flours, we check parameters such as ash content, protein content and moisture. We are committed to providing compliant flours, which is our promise to our customers. A promise of quality and safety, for authentic, tasty and consistent flours throughout the year.
