Moulin de Colagne has always remained true to its roots, while evolving to meet the demands and standards of the industry and consumers. Today, thanks to major investments and the support of numerous partners, our mill is entering a new phase in its development. The mill expansion project, to be carried out between 2020 and 2024, represents a major commitment to the company’s development.
An ambitious project to meet the challenges of tomorrow
To better meet our customers’ expectations and boost our production capacity, Moulin de Colagne has undertaken major work to extend and modernise its infrastructure. Through this project, we aim to perfect our production chain, guarantee optimum quality and traceability, and contribute to the development of a local, sustainable milling industry.
We have undertaken to improve the reception of cereals, optimising sorting and storage for more efficient management. The installation of four new grindstones will increase our production capacity. Improvements to our analysis laboratory are also strengthening our quality control. Among future projects, the creation of a bakery within the mill is a key step towards testing recipes and offering training courses. Finally, the extension of our storage areas and the entire packaging area will enable us to manage stocks more effectively and respond to changes in demand, while improving working conditions by reducing physical strain.
