Calling all curious minds and food lovers! Le Moulin de Colagne is pleased to invite you to the second edition of its Open House! On Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., young and old alike are invited to dive into the heart of our milling expertise.
This year, we wanted to make this event all about sharing and indulging in delicious treats. Come discover the behind-the-scenes secrets of our time-honored craft: through our guided tours, you’ll be immersed in our milling heritage. Between activities, take a moment to relax in our “gourmet market & food court” area alongside local artisans, and have fun with your family playing our wooden games.
A friendly get-together to celebrate the delicious flavors of our region!
Today’s schedule:
Guided Tours of the Colagne Mill
Come discover (or rediscover) the secrets of our mill. Through guided tours, we’ll explain the steps involved in turning grains into stone-ground flour. You’ll learn how this traditional method preserves the nutritional qualities of the grain and ensures a flour rich in flavor.
- Tours depart every half hour between 10.00 and 17.30.
- Last departure at 17.30.
- Tour duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Guided tours of the mill are conducted in small groups for greater comfort. During busy periods, there may be a wait – we thank you in advance for your patience and invite you to make the most of the activity and dining areas whilst you wait.
Please note: there are numerous flights of stairs inside the mill.
