Khorasan organic white flour corresponds to a T80. It is saffron yellow in color and is an ancestral flour that has been cultivated for millennia. Triticum turanicum is one of the “ancient wheats” and is classified as a durum wheat. Meule Khorasan white flour has a unique, slightly rustic flavor, giving it an authentic character and making it a healthy and delicious bread.
