A journey to the heart of the Mill

The Colagne Flour Mill is located in a scenic setting in Chirac in the Lozère region, on the banks of the Colagne river, which once provided the power needed to run the mill.
Today, electric motors have replaced the old mechanics, but the original installation has been preserved. Today’s technology allows us to monitor and control the production of our organic and conventional flours in real time.
At the Minoterie de Colagne, the grains and flours pass from one floor to the next through a network of ventilated pipes, ensuring that the different flours are well aerated, from first grinding to final packaging.

Our facilities

Over the years, the mill has grown to include 3 grinding mills and four SODER. These represent the heart of our production process. These facilities enable us to produce premium-quality flours using traditional methods.

In addition to our production equipment, we have a Bakehouse, a space dedicated to training and designing products based on our flours, so that we can always provide top-quality recipes. This is where our team of experienced bakers develop and test new recipes and can pass on their know-how to you.

To ensure optimum management of our stocks and deliveries, we also have a warehouse and packaging area, where each product is carefully prepared before being dispatched to our customers. We can provide you products in 25kg bags, big-bags or bulk. But also in 1kg or 5kg formats.

At our premises, our teams manage orders, stocks and dispatches. They also handle logistics, transport and accounting. This ensures that the mill and your orders run smoothly. Finally, our quality team ensures that our products meet the strictest standards, guaranteeing the satisfaction and confidence of our customers.
