At the Moulin de Colagne, our history is deeply rooted in the Lozère region. Nestled in the heart of this exceptional region, 5 minutes from Marvejols, our mill is steeped in this land.

Its existence dates back to the 13th century, once fed by the river at the foot of its building. It is this long history of 8 centuries that gives our mill its richness and authenticity. Making it a true treasure of the Lozère region. A territory that we are keen to preserve and promote.

The know-how of grinding, the respect for the land

At Moulin de Colagne, we perpetuate the art of grinding. We use flint stone millstones, an ancestral method that preserves the authentic aromas and nutritional value of the grains. Our commitment to the terroir is also manifested in the choice of our materials and our processes, which are always respectful of the environment. Each bag of flour that leaves our mill is much more than just a product.
