Description

Grand Epeautre organic wholemeal flour is a high-fiber T150. Triticum Spelta or Gallic wheat is a cereal similar to wheat, with the difference that Grand Epeautre is a cereal with a very hard husk. Grand Epeautre flour is easier to work than its einkorn ancestor. The bread has a subdued aroma that differs from that of other cereals, and its nutritional profile gives it much-appreciated qualities.

In addition to bread-making, spelt flour can also be used to make original cookies. Rich in fiber and protein, spelt flour is a healthy choice.
