Our organic gingerbread mix is a subtle blend of T130 and T80 organic rye flours, organic cane sugar, organic milk powder, organic spices and organic baking powder.
This blend is ideal for making soft, fragrant gingerbread. Rye flour adds a rustic, gourmet texture. Cane sugar adds a sweet, caramelized flavor. Milk powder adds a touch of sweetness. Spices add a touch of originality and baking powder helps the dough rise.
Depending on the baking temperature, the result is a gingerbread with a blond to darker caramel color. A flavor appreciated by young and old alike.
