The story behind this flour: ‘Julia’ flour is named after the granddaughter of Mrs Rech, co-manager of Moulin de Colagne, who suffers from the rare disease SCN8A. The name was chosen by the company’s employees to create an exceptional product that also carried a message of solidarity.
