T130 rye stone flour is a semi-complete flour, containing part of the germ and bran. It is therefore rich in nutrients, notably fiber, protein and vitamins. It is also a flour with a powerful, pronounced taste, making it ideal for country-style breads, rye breads and rye breads with a strong, spicy flavor.
